IPv6 is the technology of future, so IPv6 configuration is very important. Basicly, configuring IPv6 on an interface is almost same with IPv4 configuration. Simply under interface mode, you enter the ip address. Here is a configuration example for the IPv6 :
R1(config)#interface Fa 0/0 R1(conf-if)#ipv6 add 2001:11AA::1/64 R1(config-if)#interface s 0/0 R1(conf-if)#ipv6 add 2001:22AA::1/64
R1#show ipv6 int f0/0 Link local : FE80 ::C200:12FF:FED0:0 R2(config)#interface Fa 0/0 R2(conf-if)#ipv6 add 2001:11AA::2/64 R3(config)#interface Fa 0/0 R3(conf-if)#ipv6 add 2001::33AA::1/64
R4(config)#interface Fa 0/0 R4(conf-if)#ipv6 add 2001:33AA::2/64 R4(conf-if)#ipv6 add FE80::1:2:3 link-local
